Terms and Conditions
These terms govern all bookings and services provided by Istanbul Limousine. By making a reservation you accept the conditions below.
Reservations
All bookings must include pickup location, destination, date, time and passenger count. A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Rates and payment
All quoted rates are all-inclusive: fuel, tolls, parking, taxes and driver expenses. Payment is accepted in cash (EUR, USD, TRY), by credit card, or by bank transfer for corporate accounts. Rates for services not listed are quoted individually.
Wait times
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from actual landing. All other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional waiting is charged at the prevailing hourly rate of the vehicle category.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations are free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability.
Flight delays
We monitor all arriving flights and adjust pickups to the actual landing time at no extra charge. For severe delays we may substitute an equivalent vehicle to maintain service.
Passenger conduct
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Passengers are responsible for damage caused to the vehicle beyond normal use. The company may refuse carriage to passengers who endanger the driver or vehicle.
Self-drive rentals
Self-drive rentals require a valid driving licence held for at least 2 years, a security deposit, and acceptance of the rental insurance terms provided at handover.
Liability
Our vehicles and passengers are covered by comprehensive insurance as required by Turkish law. The company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, extreme traffic or weather conditions beyond its control.
